What we check
- Rooflines, soffits, fascia, vents and tile-roof gaps.
- Signs of activity: droppings, staining, odor and noises.
- Where bats exit at dusk, and how many there may be.
- Openings that need to be sealed before and after exclusion.
Inspection pricing
- Local Zone (0–50 miles): free
- Extended Zone (51–100 miles): $75
- Long Distance Zone (101+ miles): $100 plus $0.50 per mile beyond 100 miles
