Warranty Terms
What the warranty covers
- Warranty covers all labor and materials costs for work completed by ABR only.
What voids the warranty
- Any damage caused to the final seal (bat proof) by animals or birds, storms, fire, vandalism, or acts of God (hurricanes, lightning).
- Failing or aging roof materials.
- Any alterations made to the structure by contractors, such as pressure washing, roof repairs, etc.
Any of the above that result in the re-colonization of bats will void the warranty.
When the warranty begins
- Warranty does not go into effect until final payment has been received.
What is not covered
- Warranty does not cover costs for rental equipment.
- Any call back after one initial visit to a completed project which is not the result of, or a problem pertaining to, bats or any work done by ABR is subject to a service call fee of $150.00.
Extending your warranty
- Warranty may be extended after the expiration date on an annual basis at 15% of the original total cost of the project, or at a cost deemed appropriate reflecting the conditions of the structure.
- ABR reserves the right to refuse any extended warranty request once the initial warranty has expired.
