Getting bats out is only half the job. Entry-point sealing, or bat-proofing, closes the gaps bats used so the colony can’t move back in.
Where bats get in
- Gaps where soffits and fascia meet the roofline.
- Openings around attic, gable and roof vents.
- Barrel-tile roof edges and ridge caps.
- Cracks around chimneys, flashing and siding.
Our sealing process
- Before an exclusion, we seal openings that aren’t active bat exits so the colony can’t move to a new spot.
- Active exits stay open until exclusion is complete.
- Once the bats are gone, we permanently seal the remaining openings.
